In response to recent COVID-19 concerns, we would like to assure our clients that we are taking recommended precautions. We are currently providing Curbside Care to reduce the amount of foot traffic in the clinic.
How Appointments Work:
*We request you give us a call when you arrive for your appointment. The receptionist will ask you a couple medical history questions and alert the technician you have arrived for your appointment.
*Based on the notations that the receptionist made, the technicians may have some additional questions for you when he/she goes to retrieve your pet. Since the technician is the one that will be working directly with the doctor, it is best that you tell them about your concerns with your pet.
*Your pet will be brought into the clinic and the doctor will fully examine your pet, after which, the doctor will give you a call to go over exam findings, recommended treatment and any other questions you may have.
*The technician will then get on the line to go over the treatment plan (including pricing) and collect card information for payment over the phone.
*We will only proceed with treatment that you specifically authorize.
*After treatment, your card will be charged, and your pet will be brought back out to your car. For security purposes, we DO NOT keep card information on file. Once the transaction is complete, your card information will be shredded.
