Welcome to our clinic!
We are currently not requiring masks to enter our clinic. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask, please do so. Please let us know if you feel safer with our staff wearing masks in your presence, we are happy to oblige. Your comfort and health are important to us.
Please check in with our receptionist upon your arrival. Our reception will gather some basic information from you. You and your pet will then be ushered to an exam room by one of our technicians. Our technician will inquire about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit. This information will be passed along to our veterinarian. Our veterinarian will examine your pet and address any concerns you may have. Recommendations for treatment will be prepared and explained by our technician. Upon agreement of services, your pet will be taken to our treatment area. You may wait in our lobby at this time. Our receptionist will process your payment and schedule any future appointments/rechecks needed. Your pet will be brought to you when services have been completed.
Please note our exams are scheduled every 30 minutes. To stay effective and efficient, it is important that our clients arrive on time for their appointment. A grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays you may encounter while traveling to our clinic for your pet's appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your pet's appointment start time, you will be asked to reschedule for a later date. This process helps ensure that pets are seen in a timely manner. Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, while we do have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times when the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
